📍General Requirements for All Vendors

Business Legitimacy
- Must operate as a registered business (LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.)
- Must have a public-facing website or professionally maintained social media presence
- Must operate legally in TN and hold any required licenses or permits (especially for food/alcohol/music/transportation vendors)

Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the wedding industry
  (Exception: newer vendors can be considered if they have exceptional client feedback and a polished portfolio)

Reviews & Reputation
- Minimum 10 verified online reviews (Google, The Knot, WeddingWire, or Facebook)
- Minimum 4.5-star average rating
- No unresolved complaints or patterns of negative feedback in the last 12 months

Portfolio
- Must provide a professional portfolio with real wedding/event work (not just styled shoots)
- Photos should be high quality and clearly showcase the vendor's product or service

Responsiveness & Communication
- Must respond to inquiry emails/messages within 48 hours
- Professional tone and clear client communication expected

Referrals or Verification
- At least 1-2 client references or testimonials (can be pulled from existing reviews)
- Optional: Peer referral from another verified vendor (bonus but not required)
